Robin heads to Europe to learn new martial-arts techniques from an underground martial arts master. There he meets both a young female student who will be a large part of his life, and an old enemy who wants to end it.

Still reeling from the death of young El, Robin returns to Paris in the hopes of finding the answers to his own questions. Has he chosen the right path? He seeks the master of the iron hand for answers. King Snake is lured into the picture when one of his ship's crew are attacked and killed swiftly.
